During this event, artists will be creating original paintings of the northern Arkansas Twin Lakes Area. White River Artists will host a reception, awards ceremony, art show, and sale where the public canmeet the artists and purchase paintings of local scenes.
The activities and events of the Cotter Trout Festival, plus allowing the artists to paint within a 30 mile radius of Cotter, give plein air artists a taste of small town America and untold painting opportunities.
